For the safety of our guests and to help reduce the spread of Covid-19, Le Residenze a Firenze follows the instructions given by the competent authorities:

• We have sanitized all our apartments with ozone machines by HA.MA Service S.r.L.
  In addition, our cleaning protocol has been further strengthened with the use of specific products to ensure the sanitization of the rooms between one check- in and another.
•  Body temperature will be controlled to all guests upon arrival.

• All rooms will be ventilated before and after each check- in.

• All our apartments are for the exclusive use of our guests and do not have common areas, guaranteeing a safe distance.

• Between check-ins the apartment will be closed for a minimum of 24 hours.

• Our staff guarantees the preservation of the safety distance: we will be present only at the check in to give you the keys and show you the apartment.
