Residenza de Boni takes its name from the family of the same name who had owned properties there, today located where via Brunelleschi crosses via de' Pecori. The de Boni family was originally from Umbria. Between the second half of the 15th century and the first years of the 16th century, twelve family members were official Priors of the city of Florence.

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, fridge, microwave, kettle, water purifier and utensils to cook and enjoy meals with comfort. Please note, there is no oven.
Residenza de Boni offers 3 non-divisible double beds. Two beds measure 160 x 190 cm, while the third bed is 140 x 190 cm.
