Check-in time

Check-in is possible from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. If you wish to check in earlier or have different needs, please let us know in advance. Requests are subject to availability. Late check-in on request, additional cost will be charged

Cancellation policies

Cancellation is free up to 3 days of check-in. 3 days before check-in the full cost of your stay will be charged. In case of no show or early departure no refunds will be applied.

How far are the apartments from the train station in Florence?
All our Residences are located in the historical centre of Florence and are just a few minutes walk from the SMN Station. The closest is Residenza de Boni only 5 minutes walk away, the furthest is Residenza Pitti 15 minutes walk away.
Can I drive to the Residences?
The Residences are located in the historical centre of Florence which is closed to the circulation of cars, a special permit is required to enter. For our Residences we have an agreement with two Garages at a reduced rate for our guests, in which is also included the payment of the permit to access the historic center with your own car. For your convenience we have a private chauffeur service with Van of all sizes that can wait for you on arrival and take you, your family and all your luggage directly to the Residence without having to think about parking, permission to enter the historic center, or looking for one or more taxis. Ask for cost info.
Do the apartments have elevators?
Yes! All residences have elevators. As they are all renovated historical residences, the elevators may not be large in size but equally comfortable and well-functioning. From Residenza Covoni the lift leaves from the middle floor, so there are 30 steps to reach the lift.
If we arrive before check-in time, do you have a luggage room?
Yes! We are always in contact with you, so if your arrival is before the normal check-in time and the Residence is ready, we can accommodate you in advance. Otherwise, there are secure luggage storage facilities near the Residences. If you don’t have a large amount of luggage we can also keep it at the Residence while cleaning is completed. There are many solutions for every Residence. We are always available to make sure that your holiday gets the best start.
