You will start with a visit to the organic vegetable garden where you can collect the vegetables – then move to the kitchen to learn all the secrets of Tuscan dishes. The fresh handmade pasta with stone-ground flours, followed by a second course with seasonal organic vegetables and finally the dessert. You will taste it all, accompanied by the organic wines of the farm.
