Residenza Covoni & Residenza de Boni From 3.00 p.m. to 8.00 p.m. Residenza Benizzi From 13.30 p.m. to 8.00 p.m. If you wish to check in earlier or have specific needs, please let us know in advance. All requests are subject to availability. Late check-in is available on request and may incur an additional cost.

Cancellation policies

Free cancellation up to 10 days before check-in. After this period, the full amount of the stay will be charged. In case of no-show or early departure, no refunds will be provided.

How far are the residences from Florence Santa Maria Novella station?
All our residences are located in Florence city center, within walking distance of the train station. Residenza De’ Boni is about a 5-minute walk, while Residenza Benizzi and Residenza Covoni are approximately 15 minutes away.
Can we reach the residences by car?
The residences are located inside the Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL). We collaborate with partner garages that manage access permits. All details are provided after booking.
Do the residences have a lift?
Yes, all residences have a lift. As typical of historic buildings, lifts are smaller in size:
•Residenza De’ Boni: omfortable lift, suitable for guests with reduced mobility
•Residenza Benizzi: historic lift, smaller in size; a few steps are required
•Residenza Covoni: lift from mezzanine level; approximately 30 steps required
Can we store luggage before check-in?
As there is no reception, early access is not possible. We recommend secure luggage storage facilities nearby, listed in the information page you will receive after booking.
