Check-in time

Check-in is possible from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. If you wish to check in earlier or have different needs, please let us know in advance. Requests are subject to availability. Late check-in on request, additional cost will be charged

Cancellation policies

Cancellation is free up to 10 days of check-in. 10 days before check-in the full cost of your stay will be charged. In case of no show or early departure no refunds will be applied.

How far are the residences from Florence Santa Maria Novella station?
All our residences are located in Florence’s historic centre and within walking distance from the SMN train station. Residenza De’ Boni is about a 5-minute walk, while Residenza Benizzi and Residenza Covoni are approximately 15 minutes away.
Can we reach the residences by car?
The residences are located inside the Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL). We work with partner garages that also handle the ZTL access permit. All practical details are provided in the information page you will receive after completing your booking.
Do the residences have a lift?
Yes, all residences are equipped with a lift. As they are historic buildings, lifts are of limited size but fully functional.
•Residenza De’ Boni: comfortable lift, suitable for guests with reduced mobility.
•Residenza Benizzi: original historic lift, smaller in size; a few steps are required to reach it.
•Residenza Covoni: the lift starts from a mezzanine level; approximately 30 steps are required to reach it.
Can we store our luggage if we arrive before check-in?
Our residences do not have a reception and, for security reasons, early access is not possible. If you arrive before check-in time, we recommend using secure luggage storage facilities nearby, listed in the information page sent after booking.
