Welcome to Le Residenze a Firenze. The use of this website and the services we offer are subject to the following Terms and Conditions. By using our site and making a booking with us, you agree to be bound by these terms. We invite you to read them carefully.

1. Reservations

Reservations at Le Residenze a Firenze can be made directly through our website or third-party platforms. When making a booking, you will be required to provide your credit card details to secure the reservation.

2. Cancellation Policies

We offer two cancellation policies for our reservations:

  • Non-Refundable Reservations: For non-refundable reservations, the total amount will be charged immediately upon confirmation. No refunds will be granted in case of cancellation, no-show, or early departure.
  • Refundable Reservations: For refundable reservations, free cancellation is available up to 3 days before arrival. Payment will be charged 3 days before the arrival date. After this period, no refund will be provided in the event of cancellation, no-show, or early departure.

For any requests for changes or cancellations, please contact us via email or phone. Requests will be processed based on the conditions of the selected reservation.

3. Payment Policy

  • Non-Refundable Reservations: Full payment will be charged at the time of booking.
  • Refundable Reservations: Full payment will be charged 3 days before the arrival date.

We accept payments by credit card and other electronic payment methods indicated during the booking process.

4. No Show and Early Departures

  • No Show: In case of failure to arrive on the scheduled date without prior notice (no-show), no refund will be issued, regardless of the chosen cancellation policy. For refundable reservations, payment will already have been charged 3 days before the arrival date and will not be refunded.
  • Early Departures: In case of early departure, no refund will be provided.

5. Check-in/Check-out

  • Check-in: Check-in is available from 14:00 to 20:00 and must be arranged in advance with the property, as we do not have a reception desk. Without prior arrangements, guests may experience waiting times. For arrivals outside the indicated hours, it is mandatory to inform the property and agree on the arrival time, and a surcharge may apply.
  • Check-out: Check-out is available between 07:30 and 10:00. Late check-out is only available upon request and subject to availability. This service may incur an additional fee.

6. Late Check-out and Early Check-in

Late check-out and early check-in are only available upon request and depending on availability. The costs for these extra services are as follows:

  • Residenza Covoni and Residenza de Boni: €200
  • Residenza Benizzi: €100

7. Extra Payments

Any additional costs, such as extra charges or tourist taxes, must be paid at check-in directly at the property. In some cases, these payments may be required in advance; in such cases, the payment method provided at the time of booking will be used. If no payment method was provided during the booking, it will be requested at the time of paying for the extras.

8. Tour Policy

In addition to accommodation, we offer the opportunity to book tours and activities for our guests. Although Le Residenze a Firenze is not a travel agency, we manage tour bookings and payments directly. The details are as follows:

  • Payment for tours is processed using the credit card provided at the time of booking the stay.
  • The cancellation policy for tours requires that payment be made 30 days before the arrival date. After this period, no refund will be issued for cancellations, failure to attend the tour, or changes.
  • Guests are required to confirm all tour details and contact us promptly for any modification requests before the 30-day deadline.
  • Le Residenze a Firenze will not be held responsible for any issues or changes imposed by third-party tour providers.

9. Kitchen Use

  • Residenza Benizzi: In this property, a communal kitchen is available. Please use the utensils with care and respect other guests. Cleaning of the communal kitchen is the responsibility of the user.
  • Residenza Covoni and Residenza De Boni: These properties are equipped with private kitchens for the exclusive use of the apartment guests.

10. Breakfast

Breakfast service is not provided.

11. Cleaning

  • Residenza Covoni and Residenza de Boni: Cleaning of the apartments is carried out upon check-out, unless otherwise agreed, and is included in the price. Guests are expected to respect the occupied spaces. The cost for extra cleaning is €200.
  • Residenza Benizzi: Room service is carried out daily, and full cleaning is done at check-out unless different arrangements have been made.

12. Lost or Forgotten Items

  • Personal belongings left in the rooms will only be returned upon request and at the owner’s expense.
  • Forgotten items not claimed within 24 hours after check-out will be discarded.

13. Lost Keys

In the event of non-return, damage, or loss of the keys provided at check-in, a charge of €50 will apply for each set of keys.

14. Parties and Visiting Guests

Parties are not allowed within the properties. All visiting guests must be declared in advance, and a valid identity document must be provided.

15. Liability

Le Residenze a Firenze strives to ensure that all information provided on the website is accurate at the time of publication. However, we cannot guarantee that all information will remain correct and up to date at all times. We will not be held liable for any errors or omissions, and we reserve the right to modify website content without notice.

16. Use of the Website

The content of this website, including images, text, and other materials, is protected by copyright. Copying, distributing, or using the content in any form without prior written authorization from Le Residenze a Firenze is prohibited.

17. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law. Any disputes arising from the use of this site or the services offered will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Italian courts.
