Residenza Benizzi dates back to 1200 when Florence was a forest of tower houses. The Residence is located in one of these tower houses. It belonged first to the Benizzi family and then to the Guicciardini family in the 13th century, and was built by the architect who designed the Convent of Montesenario. In the walls that in the past were part of a tower house of Florence, today we have renovated on the top floor with elevator, our Residence. A guest house in Florence with all the comforts for your dream vacation. The residence has 4 rooms with private bathroom and common area. Many comforts are available and included in the rate.
